Good location, hotel is a bit run down. Service was not good, the a/c does not cool enough, even after multiple requests for maintenance. To retrieve packages, we had to call 2-3 times before getting them to our room.

The hotel is in a great location not far from Time Square. The amenities were none. No microwave, no refrigerator in room and no bar in the hotel. I never knew spring mattresses were still around.
