Definitely not a four star....a three start at best.
No gym or pool.
No amenities in the bathroom which you would expect.
Requested a queenside on my booking 9 months ago, that didn't happen.
Went to see reception straight away and advised me two single beds put together is all they had on the day
The only savings grace it is next to the tourist attraction and on top of a shopping centre if you need food.
Vegetarian will find it difficult as everything has meat in it.
Sanoma a restaurant in the centre was my savings grace, beautiful food and superb service and very reasonable.
This is the first time I have written anything bad about any place I have ever booked
But unfortunately I have to tell the truth.

Expensive hotel with lower than average facilties
"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen ..."
