"The view was great but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see it very well. The carpet needs shampooing. I took my shoes off at the door and by the end of the day in the room my feet were dirty.I wish there had been at least enough coffee for one pot a day but there was no coffee at all."

"The view of the ocean was amazing! Loved being so close to Nye Beach. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for my husband and me. "

"Lovely little place to stay! Well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable. Only removed a star because there is no way to close curtains in the main area of the house with a deck that is used as a walkway to the second unit that runs immediately in front of the windows. People walking by can look right in and there is a light on all night that shines on the walkway. Would be great to add some curtains that give more privacy from neighbors in attached unit walking by late in the evening."

"Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that."

"It really is just steps from the beach, the stairs down are right across the road. It is a bit of a trek back up, but it's a few minutes to historic nye beach if you can't do stairs!"

"The property is a little dated, but well maintained. Everything was clean and comfy. The communication with the host was excellent and definitely made this an easy experience! I would absolutely stay here again."
