"There was no Bible in my drawer, there were dirty cups behind the desk with the lamp by the bed, there were used q-tips in the drawers and my son got stuck and locked in the bathroom."

"We just check in and relaxing our room when I heard the door being ope, good thing I put the safety latch. So I peeked out through our slightly open door and a staff said, it was a mistake. Shower was awful, you have to turn the knob all the way to the hot setting to get a good water pressure but it’s jot, if you turn it cooler setting the water pressure decreased and took me a while to finish bathing. The a/c unit was so loud, my son had a hard time sleeping."

"Check-in took over an hour after valet parking & waiting for the check-in line. App check-in was not functioning properly. Room was tidy but in need of deeper cleanings & repairs. There was a rust pool under the toilet & the bathroom wall was peeling next to the sink. Carpet had several stains & felt dirty under foot. The walls outside of the elevator on our floor were dingy & in need of scrubbing. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels in better condition. Pool was nice, having a Starbucks available & other amenities was a plus. But really disappointed in the overall state of the hotel outside of the main lobby. "
