we had an amazing time, the hotel was nice and staff was nice, he was able to help with food ideas, although we didnt get to eat breakfast due to we were told it didnt come with the room, it said on the website that free breakfast but nope, so we had to do something else, the room was great people around was great

date problem

it was a nice stay and my complaint would not be about the room itself but the dates of stay that the staff thought i had booked. Originally i had booked a friday/saturday and thought I might try to change it to a thursday/friday. That was a big no go when I was told the price would increase by nearly three times so I said thanks but no thanks. Thought that was that but when I arrived I was told that I had booked for the thursday and friday and my price had increased. Talked to the manager and he fixed the price but I received many annoying texts telling me that my stay had been for thurs and friday. It all got fixed but it was very annoying.

When we booked this hotel it said breakfast for one. Well that really was only a $12 credit towards breakfast- not free! We ended up paying $22 for two ppl and that was the difference after the $12 credit was given.

Close to where we wanted to eat and off the freeway. No amenities to speak of. There was no breakfast and all the coffee pots were empty in the morning. Staff seemed oblivious to it or just didn’t care as they could easily see people trying and failing to get coffee in the morning.
