Family gathering

This property is very nice. The location is great. Last house on a dead end road. The proximity to Notre Dame, and several stores and restaurants is excelent. The house has many little details that make it a must book if you are considering staying in South Bend. The outdoor space is FANTASTIC. My family and i will book again any time they come to town.

Perfect Place

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The location close to campus along with the amenities makes this place perfect for hockey tournaments, college visits, and ND game day. Plenty of room for two families plus. The management staff was exceptional with their customer service and ease of check in. The bonus was the garage built out with a full indoor/outdoor bar, comfortable seating and three large TV’s. When visiting ND, this is the place!

Family Tailgating Dream!

We had a wonderful time tailgating with our family before the ND football game at this home! The separate space apart from the main house was perfect for those who wanted to head to bed earlier than those who wanted to stay up a little later. We loved the gated back yard that kept our littles safe as well as this home being at the end of the street with no through traffic. There was plenty of space and amenities for our large family! We highly recommend!

This property was great and just what we were hoping for in a “home base “ to visit the restaurants and distilleries in the area for our daughter’s birthday party. Beds were super comfy!

Perfect Home for a Notre Dame Weekend

Stayed here for graduation weekend and couldn't have chosen a better spot. It was clean, quiet, and close to campus. The property management company checked in via text and email several times and made sure that we had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family and grandparents/godparents who made it in for graduation. A special weekend in a very special place. Would not hesitate to book again.

Fabulous home close to ND campus

Fabulous home on a quiet residential street with ample off street parking. Less than 1 mile walk to ND football stadium. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. 3 bedrooms & 1 bath upstairs & 1 bedroom & bathroom downstairs. Modern kitchen & large comfortable family room. Great area for outdoor gatherings. Owner is accessible and knowledgeable. A wonderful place if you are in town for ND events. We will definitely book this house again!
