Hillcrest House is a charming historic home with modern upscale amenities within walking distance of Notre Dame. Perfect for a family vacation, game-day weekend, or wedding! This 2,500 sq/ft house includes a stocked game room, an outdoor fire pit, a bar room, and plenty of space for your friends and family to enjoy the beautiful town of South Bend.

This home was originally built in 1922 and has beautiful original woodwork! The downstairs features a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and two sun rooms for you to relax and enjoy. The renovated upstairs includes 5 bedrooms and two additional baths.

First level of the house:

Perfect Vrbo for a family attending a Notre Dame game. Large comfortable beds, game room for the children, lots of space. Well supplied with everything you need for a weekend. Would book again without doubt. Loved it!

Great House for ND Football Weekend

Large home with plenty of space for a football weekend. Nice areas to watch games on TV, fun gameroom, and plenty of space for large groups.

Beautiful Home

This home was exactly as pictured. Close to campus, check in and out was a breeze and the host was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of room for 3 moms and our 4 kids. Sun rooms were great to get a little work done, kids to play a game, morning coffee and evening drinks. Plenty of bathrooms and the kids loved the game room. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Terrific house for game day family reunion

Our family stayed 3 nights on a ND football weekend. Mindy's house was one of the few affordable houses that was both large enough for the 12 of us and was within walking distance to the stadium and campus. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the house was. It seemed to be bigger than the pictures made it out to be. Check in/ out were no issues. The kitchen was well-equiped. Mindy is terrific host and we would stay again.
