About this property

Updated clean 5br house, 2(1/2) bath close to Notre Dame.

  • Welcome to this newly renovated ranch style home within walking distance to the Notre Dame campus, bars, restaurants and the Eddy St. Commons area. This home has 5br and 2(1/2) bath. There are 3br upstairs and 2br in the basement. Each room has a queen size bed, dressers, and nightstands. There are two 55inch TVs (one in living room and one in the basement) and one 40inchTV in the master bedroom. This house also has brand new windows and fresh paint. The kitchen and master bathroom are newly remodeled. The basement area has also been beautifully refinish recently.

    Guess has access to the following amenities:

    *Free cable and wifi
    *Backyard patio and grill (please use grill away from the house and clean it after use)
    *Fresh linens and towels
    *Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator
    *Kitchen comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils

    The garage is not accessible, but the driveway can accommodate up to 7 cars. There is a CVS, Walgreens, and a 24hr dinner called Nick’s Patio located within 5 minutes walk. Notre Dame Stadium and Martin’s Super markets are located just a few blocks from the house.
    The house can accommodate up to 12 people. Two in each bedrooms and two on the sofa sectional in the basement. There is also an extra fold out bed available.
