  • Newly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood designed with your comfort in mind. Brand new quality bedding, linens, furniture and amenities throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances plus a unique home coffee station your group is sure to enjoy. Only a 5-minute ride or short walk to Notre Dame campus. Great for families or groups traveling to South Bend to visit Notre Dame or for other local events. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

    THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS-
    *Main Level Bedroom #1: King bed, spacious closet, desk/work space, ensuite bathroom
    *Main Level Bedroom #2: Queen bed, spacious closet, vanity table
    *Main Level Bedroom #3: Queen bed, closet, dresser, console table
    *Lower Level Bedroom: Queen bed, Twin bunk beds, clothing storage rack, en suite bathroom
    *Bathrooms: All bathrooms have ample towels and bath supplies such as shampoo, soap, etc.

    -THE LIVING SPACES-
    The main floor includes an eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave; the kitchen is stocked with cookware, a toaster, coffee station, and plate service and flatware sufficient for large groups. The living room includes a large screen TV so you can enjoy watching a game or movie while you eat!

Everything with this host/property was beyond perfect. Communication, location, cleanliness, amenities were all exceptional. We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room to hang out in while at the house. Neighbors were friendly as well. We own a VRBO and are very particular when looking for one. We will definitely be back.

House was clean, offered comfortable areas to relax and hang out. Bedroom set up was ideal for a friends trip. Location was a short drive to campus, downtown, restaurants and boutiques. Check in was easy and owner was very responsive when a guest left something after we departed. Highly recommend!
