This beautiful, newly remodeled single family home with two-bedrooms, one-bathroom in South Bend is the perfect home away from home. Centered in an area close to downtown south bend, River Walk Park, breweries, restaurants and the University of Notre Dame. Come visit us soon, and make our home your home. Privacy fence all around the backyard. House includes a Queen size blow up mattress that is located in one of the bedroom closets along with beddings and sheets

Charming and immaculate home.

This home is a gem. The historic house is lovingly restored and beautifully decorated. The yard is pristine and the owner was very gracious. We loved the location close to everything.A beautiful place to stay in South Bend.

This small home was delightful. It was super clean with many amenities such as washing machine & dryer, grill. internet access and a nice shower. It is listed as accommodating up to 6 people but would be more comfortable with up to 4. The drop down couches were not comfortable for sleeping. The checkin was easy and parking was right out in front of the house on the street. I would rent again but only with a smaller group

Nice house in a good location. We enjoyed the yard for our dog to have some freedom to roam. Everything you would need was provided. The beds were super soft And not to our liking but that was the only down side. Thanks for a great stay

This cute 2-bedroom house was very comfortable to stay at. It was exactly as described and very reasonable. Quiet neighborhood and very nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Super nice, pet friendly spot close to ND campus, Four winds field and downtown! Freshly updated and cute! Leo was great to work with and let us add on an extra night at the last minute. We got in late and he answered my call at 10 pm when I couldn't figure out how the keypad worked. It fit our needs perfectly, and we will definitely stay again when we are in town!

Hockey weekend

Great stay to watch grandson play hockey at Notre Dame. Very clean and comfortable house. Had a great night sleep. Would definitely go back.

The house is charming, with all the extra details to make it comfortable. I stayed four nights with my dog; thankfully they have central A/C because it was warm. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with a large walk in shower. If you have children there is a large clean basement made into a rec room for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you do have a pet the backyard has a 5 foot wood fence. The host, Leonardo, was very responsive and accommodating. I was extremely pleased with my stay.

Beautiful cottage in a city setting

Absolutely loved this place. We will definitely book again when we come visit family. The only recommendation I would have since we own a plumbing company is get a new shower head. Very little water pressure, but this little house was beautiful and spotless!!

Falls very short

Originally hot tub was on the amenity list. There was no hot tub. Also there were no blankets at the place. The beds both had no top sheets and just really thin covers. Searched the whole place for blankets/extra blankets. Also the owner claimed damage after I left and there was absolutely no damage.
