The room, public spaces and bar & restaurant were very clean and nicely decorated/ up to date. I was only two doors down from the elevator and maybe fifty feet from the front desk. Hotel was full and I didn’t hear a thing outside my room. Food at Al’s Table was creative and delicious (fried green tomatoes with a ricotta/pistachio whipped dip) and shrimp and grits. Staff- front desk lady who checked me in was very friendly and prompt at getting me set up. Al’s staff- the hostess was so friendly and honestly made me feel like I had known her for ages. She was helpful, happy and just who you want to be greeted by. Al’s wait staff- Very nice, friendly, prompt. In general, the staff just seemed happy to be there doing their job and that made a great impression. Would 100% return.

Loved the beautiful historic architecture. Had my first Hot Brown & loved it. Sunset on the 16 th floor was spectacular.

The hotel is quite unique with the art displayed throughout and the rooms are very well appointed with comfortable beds

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Louisville with larger than expected room with tons of amenities like rooftop bar and pool. Will stay again.
