Callington

"This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property. The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description. The directions provided...

Top South Brent Hotel Reviews

The Imperial Torquay

8/10 Good

"The room was fairly clean although furniture has seen better days. Seafront views are spectacular. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to city centre which is nice if you want to try various places to eat, also there is a nice south west coast trail near by if you fancy a nice walk. The stay was relatively lovely although I would like to stay in other places with a seafront view if I’m to visit Torquay again"

Moxy Plymouth

10/10 Excellent

"I cannot fault the Moxy Plymouth. I booked it because of it's proximity to the Arena and the price so was anticipating that it would probably be a bit below par. I was however extremely pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent. The room was great, stylish and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The complimentary house cocktail was a nice touch. We decided to pay extra for a breakfast and had a superb unlimited choice of hot and continental items. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book again."

Hotel Indigo Torquay by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route."
