"It was very clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good. However, I would really prefer if the scrambled eggs were made from real eggs, they had a weird taste. I know it’s cheaper, but they tasted artificial/plastic. Also, we were concerned about the valet prices after reading previous reviews, but they only charged $15 per night during our stay, which was much better."

"La habitación en excelente condicion...solo el hecho de que el control del ac no lo tengas tu hace algo incomodo si sientes que falta ventilación. Las maquinas de hielo del piso no funcionaban. Comprobamos la calificación sobre el desayuno que ya viene incluido...muy buena opción. La ubicación del hotel como lo esperamos, inmejorable. El personal en atención excelente. El cobro del estacionamiento me hizo no rentar vehiculo, si considero elevado el costo! Definitivo si regresaría."

"The property was ok. But I had a family emergency, and told the front desk I may have to leave a day early. The hotel staff said no problem, and that the third party was flexible. The third party, YOU, Experian, was not flexible. You lied to me, saying you talked at length with people at the front desk, who told your bot there is no way I could cancel a night. The front desk did not hear from you. Ever. No talking at length. I had to leave a day early for my family, as I predicted, and cold-hearted Experian never apologized. I was also charged for a night I did not use. I am very disappointed in your lying, your lack of flexibility, and your service. I hope your family never needs you in a crisis."

"The property & location were great. We were visiting for a Red Rocks event and it wasn't too far. There are restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay again if we're in the arwa"

"Some clients were very upset with their room and asked for a refund while I was checking them in. The guy behind the desk was very calm and tried to be as helpful as possible. My room was clean, but the location and the other clients were very sketchy. I tried to check out in the morning (around 8:00 a.m.), but the front desk was still closed."

"Amazing house and property just as described and pictured in post , kids were busy with the all the games. Our puppy loved the backyard , the outdoor patio was amazing - we all enjoyed the hottub , great responsive host , perfect location for walking and running - can’t wait to come back in summertime and enjoy the pool!!"
