"It took an Hour and 15mins during which 5 calls were made to the front desk & all the guy at the front desk Zakhele had to say is that his job is to transfer the call to the laundry then they'll deliver the iron. After all that time my partner walked to the front desk on our own accord in order to get an iron. If delivery of the iron was the issue we could have been informed, so that we could go fetch it! "The hotel rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. Bathroom is outdated and signs of patch repairs everywhere. Plus side was that the room was quiet, cool and the bed very comfortable. "

"I had aproblem with my car icouldnt make it in time for the first nite ihad to wait for the car hire from my insurance I called the hotel but they never do anything to assist I had to sleep one night but they charge two nights while it was an accident. At night we couldnt sleep the guest were making alot of noise from 7pm till the morning we wake up early and left the hotel without even their breakfast"
