"Our experience at this property was disappointing. The host seemed to overbook, and we were re-located to a different house that wasn’t ready for guests—dirty room, no AC despite being advertised, and very few amenities. The setup felt rushed and unprofessional, and communication was difficult. While we appreciated being given a fan due to having a warm & hot room, we wouldn’t stay here again due to the misleading listing."

"Great central clean hotel for a mini Vaycay with my young daughter and I. Great to have the laundry room on the same floor as us as my daughter gets clothes dirty fast . Appreciated the in room coffee and fridge too, also loved our view of Rogers Arena lit up at night:
Would stay again!"

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was great to stay at! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to everything downtown. The rooftop and sauna area was quiet and relaxing. I was bummed out that the hot tub was out of order during my stay. The only thing I did not like was the shower head in my room was a bit wonky...it seemed to have a leak, so it was spraying extra water from the sides and it was getting the bathroom floor and top of the toilet all wet and the shower curtain wouldn't stay fully closed on that side. Other than that, I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"Perfectly situated accommodation near the children’s hospital. The internet was good, suite was clean and beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be a grab handle at the tub/shower?? Young people would not even notice this but I’m not so young anymore. This was an excellent place to stay for appointments. "
"The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with basics. Angela was friendly and the home is in an amazing location. There were also a fair amount of kids toys and books in the house that our son enjoyed playing with during our stay. "
