Staff was super helpful! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there were plumbing problems with our tub and toilet. Otherwise, everything was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. The sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable! Also loved that we were able to store our bags at the hotel on the day we checked out!

Front desk employees with bad attitude.
i was able to get into my room was 4.30pm.
They keeping telling u they gonna email u and never get the email. Make no sense to me the check in at 430pm. Everything else was good. Room was really clean.
