The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!"

"We enjoyed our stay so much and wish we could have stayed a little longer. Place was perfect for 2 and a doggie. The view of the lake was awesome. Nothing like waking up to that view. Located near Countless wineries, breweries and lots of things to do, including kayaking to see the Falls. We enjoyed that quite a bit. Highly recommended!"

"The location directly on the lake is amazing with large grassy yard right up to the lake’s edge without need for any steps…surrounded by 270 degrees of water. House itself is modest and quaint with nice furnishings and decorations and very comfortable beds and well appointed with everything you’d need for a lake vacation. Hanging out in the hot tub and dock at sunset over the lake was the best! Highly recommend this rental!"

My husband & I enjoyed relaxing in front of the pellet stove. & to our surprise, we even experienced our first snow of the season during our stay. "We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there."
