"We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The layout worked perfectly for our two families, and we were so happy to find a pet-friendly spot that welcomed our dog. The air conditioning kept the space cool during a hot weekend, and everything was just as described. Great location in Ithaca and an easy, enjoyable stay overall—we’d come back!"

"A lovely, brand new unit. Listed as "downstairs" it is not a quite a basement but not quite ground level. Entry is down a flight of stairs. (There is another unit above, so you might hear footsteps.) Plenty of windows and very spacious bedrooms. Brand new everything. Evan and Stephanie were VERY helpful in assisting us in sorting out adding an extra night as well as with some other minor questions. Very clean, plenty of linens and the S'Mores kit was a big hit with us. Outside, a large yard...
