The only bad thing I can say is that the property is located in a cove and where the dock is, the water is very shallow(a downhill walk). Not good if you're trying to do any fishing! Exquisite waterfront retreat on Buggs Island/Kerr Lake—perfect lakeside living!
We had a wonderful stay. The house is well appointed and with three families, we never felt cramped. The game room for the kids was definitely a bonus!

The house is as advertised and more. Fabulous fully stocked kitchen and lovely screened in porch. Lots of room to spread out for large groups. Owner was super easy to work with. This is our second stay.
