"We enjoy our stay everytime. Rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is great as well as the dinner. Will be coming back! "

"My only complaint this time was children running and jumping above me. I was floor two and I only stay 11 hours and I leave before 2:00am. The staff member at the front desk offered to go up to the third floor and speak to them but reminded quiet time wasn’t until 11:00pm. She did offer to love me however with as little time as I spend the moving rooms and my stuff was more of a hassle inconvenience."

"Very thin walls, bad water pressure and temp, limited continental breakfast. Fine for a quick overnight stay."

"Some type of system issue that prevented them from giving out room keys at check in. Sue to the number of guests all checking in @ 3 pm it took 45 minutes waiting in line just to check in. I paid an increased rate for the room due to the event in town and they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience of making us run late for the show"

"The room and everything was great but my room, although across from Presidential Suite on 32nd floor was noisy - rumblings and noise from elevators in close proximity."
