What let it down was the girl that checked us in I found her very unwelcoming I think her name was Kayla it is the first time people may see New Zealand and she was not friendly and was a New Zealander. The morning receptionist was lovely."

"The Hotel is good value close to the Airport and about 15 minutes from Centre of Queenstown. The room is basic but has everything needed for a short stay. Our room did have the sound of running water through the night so not sure if it was the air conditioning or noise from another room."
