"We had a studio room which was great. It came with a little basic kitchen. Loved being next to the gardens and such a short walk to the riverside markets and mall. It was a bit noisy at night with people coming and going ."

"Lovely warm, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great view. Good walking access to Queenstown Centre. The room had plenty of space and was equipped with a fridge. Our children loved the bath, which felt like a luxury. Only downside was our kids had to share a Queen bed - they would have preferred their own single bed each."

"Beautiful place away from the business of Queenstown but still easy distance to shops, restaurants etc. nice staff, warm rooms etc. Nice to have a little shop in the lobby too. The only negative would be the car parking I’d say. They have a good number of hotel car parks but when they are full you’ll have to pay for council parking."

"Everything about this accomodation is the best, great facilities, great staff and there's always tons of free food items so you don't have to worry about salt or cooking oils, or coffee even. Big thanks to a staff member, the tall gentleman wearing the cap, outstanding service and a warm welcoming presence, as well as going above and beyond to help me with the locker code and laundry facilities. Definitely a staff member that makes lylo Christchurch an accomodation i and others will recommend to friends and family."
