Their phone hasn't worked so I couldn't call down to the desk. Also they claimed that they never received payment from Expedia so everyone who registered that way had to give them a credit card again even if we paid in full already.
I got the payment taken off, but not sure if they were trying to scam us

From the first person who checked us in (Lucy) to Jay, the concierge to Andre, one of the excellent bellman our stay was perfect.
Will never stay at another place in New York.
Rooms were great, rooftop bar was beautiful and had great cocktails. Great location especially if you are theatre people. Walked everywhere easily!

"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton NY Times Square. We visited the city with our teenage grandson. Even though the hotel lobby was under construction, the hotel staff was very helpful, kind and generous with their time. One staff member took the time to instruct us on how to navigate the subway ..."
