"They charged additional fees at the properties. Thr card didnt not open the door, i had to wait roughtly 10mins, the hot tube was nastly. They dont clean the room daily but just take the trash out. No linens changed until you leave"

"Pros: the pool and waterslides were great! Warm and fun! The access to the beach & ocean views were great as well. Cons: our room smelled so strongly of Mary-Jane it was unbearable. I said something to the staff and they gave us a bottle of air freshener. Which didn’t help at all. The room was dirty (I had to wipe the entire place down upon arrival) & the bathrooms were tiny. They also do not enforce quiet hours so at all hours of night, you can hear people yelling and slamming doors. Not great for a family trying to sleep. The pools made it worth it but we definitely won’t be back. "

"We arrived at 4pm and had to wait more than an hour due to rooms not being released. Front desk was unable to give us a time so we were stuck waiting and told they would text us when the room could be released. Went to this property during a cooler season in April and the indoor pool (only pool warm enough to swim in) was closed for our entire trip. Bowling and arcade on property were nicer amenities to have on site along with a few different food and drink options. Overall cleanliness of the property was just average. Would choose somewhere else if we returned to Myrtle Beach. "

"Carpet needs to be removed from the suite. Everything else was good for the budget."

"The hotel was okay. They will blame you if you try to keep the room clean and you say you need something to clean up water from the pool in your room. They say use a towel you did and because of there floor being dirty the blame you for the towel being messed up. The other part is a child passed in front of my children. I had to leave and go somewhere else. "
