Comfortable and cozy condo, with a full kitchen, you`ll feel right at home. Enjoy our crystal swimming pool, fish on our docks, or hit our tennis/pickleball court. Walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and sandy beaches on the Gulf. Come enjoy our peaceful environment! So much to do on our beautiful South Padre Island.

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to provide your own fuel.
As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.
However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary.
