There were many lights that didn’t work, one over the table, one of bathrooms & master bedroom. The master bedroom had 2 small lights, one on either side of the bed. There is a window but it had black plastic over it. The overhead lights didn’t work so it was very dark in there. The kitchen faucet is loose on the counter. The remotes for the tv in the living room had dead batteries. The thermostat is very difficult to read, not sure it it’s a battery issue or not. The door knob on the back door didn’t always work. Many times we had to lock the door just to get it to stay closed. We did like the proximity to the beach as my husband is on a walker. On the walkway to the beach there are many loose of broken strings which almost caused a fall several times. It would have been helpful if the office had told us there was a front door. We carried all our stuff to the back walking through the grass. The grounds are well kept. I realize that you aren’t required to be ADA compliant but as I mentioned earlier my husband is on a walker & sometimes movement inside the condo was difficult. One more thing about the tv. We were able to watch the tv in the bedroom but were never able to watch the one in the living room because we couldn’t figure out how to work it & there were no instructions.
