Convenient Location Right On Beach!

We were in the area for a track meet and decided it would be more fun to stay at the beach. Good choice! Condo was updated nicely, AC worked great, pool was great, and a short walk down to the beach. Perfect for our family of 4!

Perfect Beach Retreat

My family of four stayed in this unit for a long weekend. We loved watching the fireworks from the balcony and the beach access. Everyone we met was friendly. The unit has been recently remodeled. All the furniture and beds weee super comfy! We will be back.

Loved the property! It was quiet even with the Labor Day weekend crowd and other guests were very friendly. Beds were comfy and provided a great nights rest after long days in the sun. The only thing I could foresee potentially being a minor concern is if you are traveling with elderly family members. The tile throughout the condo has lots of divots/imperfections that you would find in natural stone. As well as uneven edges that are raised above the grout. Not having a smooth floor could make it hard for someone with a walker/cane and balance issues. My parents, who are in their mid-seventies were fine but walked carefully. Outside of a few cleaning things that were overlooked by the cleaning crew, the property was great! We will stay here again!

Perfect!

Perfect location, great beach views, very clean main building. Pool & hot tub were great. Condo had a few minor things that didn't work but not a big deal (bedroom light & fan were always on or off-could not adjust fan speed or just have fan on but light off And shutter for large window was not on its track but just leaning up against the window). Overall we had a great vacation.

Great SPI Condo

The condo was well located for easy walking to the amusement park and many of the great restaurants and bars on South Padre Island. The complex was gated and secure although the area seemed very safe and we had no qualms about walking everywhere both day and night. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach and a nice balcony. The complex has a nice pool and jacuzzi, barbecues, a sauna, a private path to the beach, a laundry room and a game room which was great. Check in and out was very easy and the managment company was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay again next time we are in SPI.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Just steps from a beautiful beach. The condo was fine, with an excellent view. The kitchen was well stocked. The management company answered our questions quickly. On the negative side, I have to say tho, that the beds were beyond terrible-so uncomfortable. Not just too firm, or too soft, but lumpy and sagging. No extra pillows and the linens/blankets were awful. Old and worn.

While the building is a little tired, built in 1977, it is clean and well maintained. The landscaping and pool are amazing and it is just steps to the beach. There is a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and body boards among other things. We used these extensively and it was great. Close to numerous restuarants, and tourist stuff, if you are into that, and a bunch of other things to do. Very beautiful area will probably come back.

Perfect family of 4 place

This condo was a prefect fit for our family. It was clean and updated. Private beach front access and has a pool and hot tub on site. There were all things needed to make meals, but walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. Provided everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella. Beautiful view from balcony although the outdoor chairs not so comfortable. The grounds were clean and well tended. Beautiful View!

The best thing about the condo was the location and view! The living room furniture definitely needs updated right away it was kind of icky feeling. The beds are not terribly comfortable as well. I would consider staying there again for sure if management would update. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Courtyard and pool area is beautiful. Steps from the beach!!!
