Step into serenity with our newly renovated beachfront condo, a slice of paradise nestled on the sun-kissed shores of South Padre Island. The Beach House Condo has undergone a complete transformation, boasting professional decor that echoes the coastal beauty that surrounds it.

From the moment you walk in, the expansive blues of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you, offering a picturesque backdrop to your stay. The living space, designed with an open concept, invites you to unwind while gazing at the ocean panorama, or step out onto the oversized private balcony to immerse yourself in the rhythmic whispers of the waves.

Slumber to the sights of the sea in the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, private bath, and ocean vistas. Our cozy guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a 40" smart TV, while the second guest room is a playful retreat with two bunk beds, a 40" smart TV, and easy access to a full guest bath. For your viewing pleasure, a 55" TV graces both the living area and the master bedroom.

Fully equipped with modern comforts, our condo features an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary internet, Spectrum Cable TV, and access to shared amenities, including a hot tub, elevator, gated parking, and two refreshing pools.

Designed with families in mind, our beach home is a delightful escape for all ages. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. During Spring Break/Semana Santa, we observe a strict 'families only' policy. For your peace of mind, we suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.

We provide a "welcome package" to get you started which consists of a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, liquid hand soap at all the sinks, liquid dish soap, and a couple of trash can liners in each can.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a wonderful time in South Padre and this beach house condo was a perfect place for our family. The condo itself was well equip and we loved having 3 bathrooms (one for each bedroom). It was nice to have the option of beach day or pool day. The view was gorgeous and the hot tub a great way to end the day. The staff was very kind and helpful!

My family and I absolutely loved the condo. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Really appreciated the three updated bathrooms, all with nicely tiled shower stalls. The views were amazing from the large back porch. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed a week with our children and their grandparents at this condo. It comfortably accommodated all eight of us. The condo has everything you need to make your stay a little pleasant one. A well supplied kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy the stay without any addd stress or required improvisation. The balcony was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee and wind down at the end of the day.

Sibling Reunion at South Padre

Ample room for 6 adults. Kitchen had great variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and serving plates. We love to cook and large dining table. We walked the beach each morning and evening - Gorgeous Water at the beach and from the deck!! No downside to this beautiful condo. We all agreed, same place next year.

Beach House BIiss was amazing. The photos don't do it justice. The condo was much bigger than the pictures made it seem. Everything was clean, comfortable and very modern. The provided beach chairs and towels were very appreciated. We really loved the huge balcony too! It all sounded great when we picked the condo for our stay but everything exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we vist S. Padre.

First-Timers at SPI

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were fabulous with communication, and their accommodations were above our expectations! This condo provided a fabulous open space for our family of 7 and the patio had plenty of seating and room to move around with a beautiful view of The Gulf. We met a few local people who either worked at The Beach House and helped maintain the area or owned one of the condos. All were super friendly and recommended places to eat and visit. It was a bonus that we didn't have to haul all our beach stuff with us, since e the hosts provided that for us.

Everything we Wanted 10/10

This property was perfect for our family which included my son, daughter in law and 3 of my teen grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us, a beautiful view of the gulf from our condo and a short walk to the beach. Having the chairs and beach umbrellas available were a wonderful addition. We had other family staying at another property nearby and there was more than enough room to host all 11 of us for dinner one evening. Nothing was unexpected as everything was exactly as beautiful as the photos indicated. Will definitely plan on stayng here again on our next trip to South Padre.

Winter stay

The view is stunning! This property is perfect! We spent 2 months (January and February) in this unit. Check in was easy. It was very clean and everything in working order upon arrival! The furniture is comfortable. The layout is perfect to allow guests their privacy and their own bathrooms! The balcony is spacious with comfortable chairs! Location on the island allows you to walk to many restaurants and activities on the island. Beach access is steps away and well maintained. We had an issue with the tv which I called about at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. We had a new tv installed before 4 pm that day! That is excellent service! Wonderful people to work with! If we get back to South Padre, we will rent this unit again!

Very nice property but some annoying details for me

Heads up on a few minor things: A few weeks before my stay the owners asked for a lot more paperwork about property care that had to be copied, signed and sent back along with a copy of my driver license. The day before arriving there was another set of rules about being charged if there was any sand left on the beach equipment. It all seemed a bit over the top, compared to other properties I’ve stayed at through VRBO.I felt this all should have been completed at the time of booking. Also, there was no laundry soap, shampoo, or extra paper products provided, which is different from other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. The condo was clean and nice but the extra rules and regulations were a bit much. It kind of took away from the enjoyment of the place.

Exceeded our expectations!

I originally chose this listing because of the size, the pictures of the inside, the fact that we've stayed in another unit in the building and the owners were the contact people instead of a management company. Pictures can be deceiving but not in this case. The condo was even more lovely than the pictures and the size was amazing. You could tell the owners use the unit themselves because everything it it, from the dishes to the towels and sheets, were high quality. I didn't see a dehumidifier in the unit but we never had the "damp" feel that you sometimes get in a unit on the beach. I had to call the management company one time during our stay and Amber was amazing. She got right on the problem, got it taken care of quickly and stayed in contact with me the entire time to make sure everything was taken care of. We've stayed at many different units on SPI over the years but this is the one we'd go back to in a heartbeat! If I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

A perfect week at the beach

Though the complex is showing its age a bit and the entrance gate to the property was broken throughout our stay, the grounds and pools are well maintained, and the beach is just a short stroll through the dunes. The condo itself was terrific. We were planning on having other family members join us, so we had a lot more space than we probably needed, but we came to appreciate the spaciousness. There aren't many 1600 square foot condos right on the beach in South Padre, and it would be ideal for a larger group or family. We particularly liked the enormous, deep balcony which allowed us to sit outside in the sun or shade throughout most of the day. The interior of the condo is nicely updated. There are tons of comfortable seating in the living room, a large dining table and seats for everybody at the kitchen bar/counter. The primary bedroom is spacious and has an enormous walk-in closet and a sink and vanity in the bedroom and bath, which is nice when two people are getting ready at the same time. The one minor drawback I will mention is that the water pressure is less than ideal in both showers. The perfect mid-island location, including the proximity to the always reliable Cafe on the Beach, the lovely views, the updated amenities and the spaciousness of this unit make it a winner. We would definitely rent it again.
