Great place, had a great time

Enjoyed our stay, check in was super easy and when we had a need they were very helpful. Pool was nice and hot tub was excellent. Easy access to the beach and very quiet place to be for the holidays.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay. Since we stayed 3 weeks we particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. We wanted for nothing as we easily cooked up several meals. Booked next year's stay before we even checked out.

Beautiful View!!

Amazing Gulf view! Unit was very spacious and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The caretaker of the Beach House buildings and grounds does an amazing job, and very helpful. Also enjoyed the security of a gated community.

We had a wonderful time in this place. Great location, so clean, with all of the amenities you will need. The condo was wonderful, bright and roomy. What a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The deck is super large and private. We would definitely go back.

AMAZING Views!

Great location and space within the unit. Kitchen is fully stocked (honestly - better stocked than my home kitchen) and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect. But the best part was the view...honestly, worth every penny!

Large Beach House Condo

Very large well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with large balcony giving great views of the gulf. Enjoyed the large kitchen which included all we needed to enjoy a family vacation. Nice pool & hot tub area with a very short walk to the beach. Within walking distance to bars & restaurants.I would definitely book this condo again when visiting S Padre

We liked the place, the spaces, the location. We had a very good time and enjoyed the apartment, and the facilities provided. Loved that it is close to the beach. Just an observation: both shower faucets were extremely hard to open and close, my 8 year old needed help every time she got in the shower.

Beach House II in South Padre is Perfect!

This Condo is so perfect. So Spacious, the decor is elegantly beachy...the artwork is lovely! You will find everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor closet is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys...nice to have. We absolutely love the location, just walk out back and you're on the beach! LOVE Beach House II.

everything was clean, everything worked well, and it was conveniently on the beach. pool was very clean. the only thing that needs an update is living room and balcony furniture is very outdated. if that was updated we would be thrilled to come back. beds were very comfortable.😊

A week in the sand

Check in was a breeze! We was notified by staff of expectations and important things to know, they were attentive to anything we might need. The condo was quiet and perfect for families. There were plenty of sand toys, chairs, dishes, towels, and cookware! We didn’t lack a single thing during our stay!

Comfortable and great location and communication

We stayed there for about a week during the Thanksgiving holiday. We wanted a kitchen so we could prep some parts of a Thanksgiving meal. Kitchen was nice and big. The rooms were nice and it had a great covered porch with a nice view of the gulf. Secured lot with two parking passes was nice too. Clean and comfortable. We hope to stay there aging in the summer. Super happy campers here!

We had 8 people in our party, it is a very spacious place for 8 people. We did bring blow up beds for 2 people, not sure how we could have slept 8 people, maybe 7, with one on the couch. There location of the condo was perfect, the porch facing the water was perfect. The porch was very spacious, we spent a lot of time out there in the morning and evening. The pool was a good location and the beach was easy to get to. Would stay here again. The only suggestion would be for the owner to put handicap handles on the wall in the two showers. The bathroom doors are very narrow, the master bath is not accessible to a walker or a wheelchair.

Beach Front Condo

Overall a great place to stay! Some things are aging and need upgrades, but we enjoyed our week in SPI... I have stayed at numerous different units at these condos over years, and this one was not top tier, as the furniture could have been a little newer and more comfortable. Beds were decent, kitchen well stocked, but no crockpot, beach chairs were great, but one short for the four of us, balcony was one of the better ones, showers would've been better if the faucets worked better, washer/dryer were new and awesome! But, again, was a great place to stay...you can always find some aging items and faults in any of the places I've stayed at over my 46 years of coming to SPI!!!
