This one-bedroom condo offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, with the beach just steps from the building’s back entrance. The unit features porcelain tile flooring, modern furnishings, GE and Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Guests can enjoy access to the pool and hot tub, as well as convenient elevators and laundry facilities located just down the hallway.

Sleeping arrangements (4 beds): one queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed from the loveseat, and a convertible chair.
