Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

Outright, it was a great location for our vacation. We've stayed at a number of beachfront locations over the years and I applaud this location for being both very free of sand but overall holding up great and being maintained. The owners have considered the variety of activities you may want and provide the tools or foundations for having that spontaneous good time. We are thankful in being able to share in their space.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista. The property is well maintained and secure. We had the ground level, out the front door to the pool and back door to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked, great place for just hanging out. We definitely want to go back soon!

Great beach front rental!!!!

Stayed here on work trip just because. Property is very nice and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk over to other resorts along the beach for a bite. Beach chairs and toys included outside. Enjoyed so much, would love to come back again with my family next time. Host are very kind and communicate well about how to get in / out rules of hoa etcetera.
