Inverness #903 (STR number is 2023-1596): 9th-Floor Condo all About the Beach & Pool. Near Wanna Wanna`s. Welcome to the Inverness, right on the beach with secure, covered parking.
This condo is all about the beach. You can sit and watch the waves from your couch. Large balcony with 180° views of the ocean. A vacation-style, open kitchen and living area brings the family together. Nice bedroom with a queen bed and a fold out Murphy bed sleeps four.
Don't feel like getting sandy? Relax all day long by the rooftop, sparkling pool and hot tub with ocean views on the south end of the building or in the the jumbo, lattice-covered, adult hot tub on the north end of the building.
Please be advised that during the off season there are often repair and update projects going on at the condos that I have no control over. If there is an amenity you have a question about, please feel free to reach out to me and inquire. I can provide whatever updates I have at the time.
Just down the beach is Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill with live music, margaritas, beach volleyball and people-watching. Walking distance to Parrot Eyes Bayside Restaurant and activity center with jet skis and kayaks for rent. Also walking distance to Claytons, where you can see fireworks every weekend from April - September and enjoy live music.
Inverness 903 STR number is 2018-727311. Do not rent any property on the island that does not list the South Padre Island City Council Short Term Rental (STR) permit number (Ordinance No. 15-03) also called the HOT permit number. According to the ordinance, this permit number must be stated on all rental advertisements for said property. With this number, you can verify that the property you are renting is a valid rental.

You couldn't find a better rental with beachfront views and access to the restaurants and shops in SPI. It's north enough on the island to avoid the huge crowds at the beach, while being centrally located to the shops and restaurants.
We just LOVE this place! We've been here twice before.The view is terrific. The condo is well kept with up to date furnishings. Any questions we have the owner answers.Whats not to like?
The condo was perfect for a couple wanting a reasonably priced place to stay. It’s appears to have been recently remodeled and updated which made the condo very appealing and comfortable. The Property Manager was also very nice and easily available for any questions or concerns we had regarding our stay. Will Highly recommend to others.
Love this place. 9th floor condo, right on the beach. It is so peaceful and Ms. Barbara is an amazing host. Anytime I am in SPI - I book this condo. Food is close by, entertainment close by- get a golf cart, makes it way easier to get around the island.
This condo was amazing. Nicely decorated and had all the kitchen items needed for our week long stay. Amazing, and huge balcony with awesome view of the beach and ocean. Communication was easy with the owner. Nice location and within walking distance to restaurants. I will definitely consider this place again. Beautiful island trip!
The balcony view is amazing. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Good location, close to everything. Owner is very sweet and communication was quick. Thank you for sharing your home.
Property was perfect. Large balcony with nothing but the sand between you and the ocean. I added a few puzzles to the collection. I would go back any day to put them together

Overall we enjoyed our stay at South Padre Island. For the most part our condo had everything we needed within the condo. The view from the 9th floor was great. We were within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Thoroughly enjoyed our long walks on the beach.
It would have been nice that the condo supplied beach chairs. We bought 2 beach chairs in bags, however, we left them at the condo because we were unable to take them with us.
There were days when one or the other elevators were out of order, but always one of them was working.
The adult only Jacuzzi was rarely above 87 degrees.
