2nd stay and hope to come back!

This was our second stay at this condo with Red Awning. It was just as perfect as our first stay. Large enough to accommodate my family (4 kids, 2 adults), clean, and a beautiful view of the beach. The folks in the office are always kind and helpful. We hope to return!

Birthday trip to S. Padre

I was looking for something small but at the same time roomy. This place was exactly what I was looking for. The beach is right there, we would wake up and sit outside and just stare at the beach. I would totally go back

Beach getaway

The location of the property was perfect. Our view and balcony was beautiful. The only complaint I would have is the couch. It was very uncomfortable. But we stayed on the balcony most of the time anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view. Great access.

Neat and clean. The building is old, but you can tell care is taken to keep maintenance up to date. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus! We would definitely book here again in the future.

Great Choice

The property is right on the ocean with a beautiful view and easy beach access. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!

Love location

The annual girls trip was as success and so much fun at this place. We love the location and that it had a kitchen. The pool and hot tub was great and the view was amazing! If I could give the place a few helpful tips, the carpet needs to be replaced and there are no cleaning supplies in the condo. We had to go out and get our own dish soap to wash our dishes and cleaning spray. There is no dishwashers so I was unsure about the cleanliness of the dishes. Other than that it was a solid property. But it is not equipped in the kitchen. Would have liked that to have been in the description. But all in all it was a great place to stay. I I would come back again!
