Gulfview II - Seconds from the Beach, Pool!
Gulfview #508 is a 1BD/1BA located on the gulf side of the island near the Holiday Inn Hotel. Located on the fifth floor in the Gulfview II complex (elevator access), this condo has an awesome outdoor amenity area that includes a pool, cabanas, outdoor grills and lounge chairs. Wristbands for amenity access are required to be worn at all times (wristbands are provided in-unit UNLESS your booking is during the month of March, see below)!
The primary bedroom has (2) Queen beds and the living room has a Full size sleeper sofa. The condo has A/C, two TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels! The dining area sits 6 and for you and your guests to enjoy those homecooked meals. The location of the building is convenient and is walking distance to a beach access reserved for the complex and neighboring hotel. Parking for (1) vehicle is included in this rental.
****PLEASE NOTE REGARDING AMENITY ACCESS DURING SPRING BREAK (March 1st through March 31st)****
Wristbands for amenity and complex access during Spring Break are NOT included in this rental. Guests under the age of 30 will be required to purchase a wristband for amenity access directly with the onsite maintenance manager. Guests over the age of 30 will still need to request wristbands from the onsite maintenance manager, but will not be subject to the associated fees.
