Schools out Trip
The condo was for nice everything we needed and expected. Tropical Storm Albert showed up while we were there and we did find that the balcony doors leaked. That was the only down fall of the condo. The restaurant next door however was never open for dinner it was very weird hours!! Would definitely stay here again

Great location
Really small condo but the location is great. Right on the water, and directly next to Wanna Wanna beach bar. Was worried about the noise but we couldn’t hear even the largest crowd.
They could do better by supplying the condo with at least a little more supplies. We only had one TP roll, no trash bags, and very limited towels. No house keeping service so come prepared. Pool was okay. Clean, but small.
Blankets and sheets looked washed but very stained. Used our own set.

Avoid this place
There are many issues with this place. On the day of the arrival, Property managers were asking for extra money inorder to check in. We had no option but to pay that extra so that we can check in. This unit is infested with cockroaches. They were flying all over the unit. Place was not cleaned before we check in. Shaving razors used by previous tenants were left in the bedroom. You will have to deal with multiple people to file any complaints

Love La Internacional because it is RIGHT on the beach, about 500 feet out the door and there's the shoreline...doesnt really get much better than that. I've stayed at different units and this one was just okay. The description didn't mention that boogie boards, sand toys, chairs would be provided so we brought ours but we didnt have to b/c they were all there. The lack of toilet paper and the towel exchange is ridiculous, so try to find a unit that is rented by the owner not an agency b/c owners usually provide beach and bath towels and ample toilet paper, LOL. The Wanna Wanna next door is cool if you want quick bar food. Beware of the umbrella beach chair rental company...they will try to upcharge you on the weekends to negotiate if you can. Overall it was a good stay in this unit but again, try to find a unit rented by the actual owner and not a property management company.

Very nice for a beach visit. Great location, easy walk to the water....restaurants are all close by.
