We loved our stay here! It was in a perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Port Isabel. The property is accurately represented, perfect living space for our family! We had 2 very minor issues. A light out in one of the bedrooms and there was a bit of a fruit fly issue. Both were addressed the day after we contacted maintenance. Fruit flies remained but it was not a huge deal and the light was fixed. Pool area is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!
The place was beauitful and listed as the picture on the website. Had a great time. The only thing that we did not understand is why the game room closed at 5. We like to eat and head to the game room with our grandsons to play the available games so that was disappointing.

We saw a couple of bugs that would be very normal to see in the humid climate but we called and they came out right away and sprayed for us and we didn’t see any more bugs after that. The staff at this resort were all very friendly and very helpful. The location is a short walk to the beach and we went everyday hauling a wagon full of beach toys for our kids. The outdoor showers made it nice to clean up after our beach visits. The pool was wonderful. The game room was a nice place for a rainy day or to get some wiggles out. I did wish it was open later in the evenings though. It closes at 5. I would totally stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to lift our wagon up the stairs to our condo patio. Due to the strict HOA rules we couldn’t leave it downstairs in the grass.
Simply, it was spectacular. We really enjoy it!!!!

Place was nice but poorly kept. I asked about a possible early check in because our friends/family had just flown in from Belgium. This was denied because the room was not ready and still needed to be cleaned. However, when we arrived, the condo seemed to still be cleaned. There were bugs that crawled in the restroom and kitchen walls. We found insects inside the refrigerator and floors were poorly mopped. When trying to get ahold of the contact shared via check in and contact info for 24 hour service. We could NEVER get ahold of anyone. We had to make multiple trips to the office because no one would answer our calls.
