Conveniently located on East Gardenia Street in the heart of South Padre Island, this second floor 1,300-square-foot condo is perfect for families and beach-goers year-round. You'll be just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, and within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and beach rentals of all sorts.

Step inside to find a luxurious remodeled living space with lots of lights. After a long day in the sun, you can relax with a book on the leather sofa, watch the large flatscreen TV, or head outside to the pool area to sip a refreshing cocktail.

Begin each morning with a fresh coffee in the kitchen, where you'll find modern countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining table with seating for eight.

As many as eight guests will sleep soundly in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a twin size bed as well, a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and a modern bathroom with a ceramic tile shower. The two guest rooms have queen size beds and one of them has twin size bed, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. The condo also features fast wireless internet.

A favorite among families and friends, beach-lovers, and water sports enthusiasts, South Padre Island is a wonderful Texas escape in every season. Spend your days walking on the beach, taking a few surfing or kiteboarding lessons, or cooling off at the local Beach Water Park three miles south.
