Great property yet need for improvements
The room was great very nice and clean. Looks like it was recently remodelated. The room included surf board air fryer and other details that were great.
The only negative is that the air conditioner didn’t worked smoothly across the room when one was really cold the other ones were hot. It was difficult to sleep properly
Also the laundry washer didn’t worked.

Beautiful Condo
Our stay was for two nights. We enjoyed the pool, and splash pad with the kiddos. The beach was just a couple of steps away from us which was very convenient for us. Overall experience was great!

Perfect Location
Solare condos were the perfect location to host our family summer getaway. The condo, 679F, itself is perfect! Lots of beds, clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was stocked with everything you’d need. The complex was very strict with the rules on cars, which was a bit frustrating as one of our guest traveling back and forth for work but that was the negative (if you can even call it that!)
Our stay at Solare Garden Villa was overall really great! I gave it 5 stars because the property, the owner, and the management team were all wonderful to work with—our only major issue wasn’t related to them at all.We arrived Friday evening for a weekend trip centered around the Kemps Krawl 5K. Our group was five adults, no kids this time. Check-in was quick and easy, and the unit was clean and ready for us. One small note: the directions to the villa within the complex could have been clearer—we spent a bit of time hauling bags around trying to find the right stairwell. Also, it’s a third-floor walk-up, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern.The unexpected hiccup came early Saturday morning when the power went out around 5 a.m. We contacted Vacasa, checked the breakers, and realized the entire complex was out. Unfortunately, the outage lasted over 10 hours, and our unit didn’t get power back until after 3 p.m. Huge shoutout to JD from Vacasa, who stayed in touch and did his best to get us updates throughout the day.Because of the outage, we had to scrap our beach picnic breakfast and ended up eating out more than planned, since most of the food we brought didn’t survive the lack of refrigeration. It was a bummer, but we made the best of it and explored more of the island than we originally planned—which turned out to be a silver lining!The location was perfect for our 5K—just a short walk away—and the beach access and pools were great (once the power was back
