Located on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico, this three bedroom three bath unit offers beautiful beach views, and the convenience of being just a flight of stairs away from the pool and beach. The condo has accommodations for a maximum of eight persons. Sleeping are: master bedroom - king size bed, second bedroom - king size bed, third bedroom - two full size beds. Amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The Seville Condominium is very private and will offer a quiet and relaxing vacation.
This unit requires 7 night minimum stays.

Padre vacation

Great place to stay. The condo was as described. Clean and spacious. The property was in good shape with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend the Seville.

Happy at Seville

Kitchen was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Couch was a little past its prime, but we didn’t sleep on it or spend much time on it. The light above the hot tub pointed right into the patio and into the rooms. I’d see if the could adjust it down or move it. The door knobs need to be replaced. I felt safe, though. The grounds were immaculate. Our four 18-y-o roommates were very happy.

Great condo on the beach!

We had a terrific visit. The condo was as advertised; the property manager was responsive; the beach was right outside our window (maybe 50 yards); and the pool was great.

Great family get away

Great property. We have been going to South Padre every year for the last 16 years. This property fit our needs. Easy access to beach. Pools and hot tub were great as well
