Stunning Bay Views at Las Velas Village!
- Las Velas Unit #203 is a three-story 3BD/3.5BA located on the bay side of the island near the Sea Turtle Rescue. Located in the South Padre Marina, this condo has an exclusive boat ramp and awesome outdoor amenity areas that includes a pool, cabanas, and hot tubs. This rental also comes with your own private boat dock for your use during your stay!
The primary bedroom, located on the second floor, has (1) king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, also located on the second floor, has a king bed and Smart TV. The final bedroom, a loft on the third floor, has (1) full size bed. The sofa in the living room doubles as a trundle bed for an additional sleeping area.
There is a half bathroom located on the first floor, (2) additional full bathrooms located on the second floor, and a third full bathroom located on the third floor. The condo has A/C, four TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels! The dining area seats 10 for you and your guests to enjoy those homecooked meals. The location of the building is convenient and is near the famous Clayton's beach bar. Parking for (2) vehicles is included in this rental.
