The Space:

Sea Dancer #10 is our partially remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach!



The condo is perfect for couples or small groups of family and friends, accommodating up to 6 people.



The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, pots, pans, etc for convenient vacation meals that save hassle, time & money.



Watch TV around the flat screen in the living room, or relax on the couch with a good book. The living room includes a sofa sleeper and an airbed with pump; please bring bedding if you plan to use them all other bedding is provided.



The kitchen has an eat-in counter with a secondary dining table so everyone can sit



Just off the living room is a large private patio with a gas BBQ grill for easy cooking; please bring an LP tank if you want to use it as we do not provide.



The deck offers great seating to enjoy the island climate. Need to get some work done? The internet/wifi can help you sneak it in, though the connection with Spectrum wifi may occasionally be spotty on the Island.



Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks under the sun or stars. Take a refreshing dip or soak up the warm South Padre Island sun by the pool on the property with sun loungers.



Pets are allowed (maximum 2 dogs); please read the house rules for extra rules for pets and other details and the additional fee(s) they carry.



South Padre Island offers many attractions, from Sea Turtle Inc. to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca with its lazy river, and dolphin tours and fishing excursions. From your door, walk down to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, and the beach!

Let us disclose a few things about this property for your information:



This is a second-floor unit that requires going up a flight of stairs.

There are 2 off-street parking spaces if you park the vehicle's front to back. A golf cart is included in that count + if you park off the side of the street you can get towed ($315 fee)



The Internet with Spectrum can be unreliable, though usually it is fine.



Parking is free, but there is no guest parking.



The condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597, and we provide towels, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, trash bags, and dishwasher pods though it is not unlimited nor replenished.



Primary tenant that books must be 25 years of age or older to book due to HOA rules. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including infants; exceeding this limit may result in eviction.



Each person is required to pay a $35 HOA security wristband fee during March, Easter week, or Semana Santa. This does not apply any other time of the year.



If you have pets (maximum 2), read the house rules carefully to avoid any issues and a fee of $75 per pet is charged.



Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request.



You must digitally sign a rental agreement and attach a photo ID to verify age, or send a picture of your ID through messaging, or visit our office to present ID between 9 am and 5 pm.

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to our entire second floor condo, which features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private back patio complete with a gas barbecue grill. Please note that this unit is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs. Guests also have access to the shared complex pool and sun loungers for relaxing afternoons. Two off street parking spaces are provided for your convenience, and you are just a short walk from the beautiful beach.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is perfectly situated for those looking to enjoy the best of South Padre Island. You are less than a five minute walk from the soft sands and blue waters of the beach, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun. The neighborhood is vibrant and accessible, putting you within walking distance of local shops, diverse dining options, and exciting nightlife. For family friendly adventures, you can easily reach attractions like Sea Turtle Incorporated or spend a fun day at the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, which features a lazy river and water slides. Whether you are looking for a dolphin tour, a fishing excursion, or simply a great meal at a nearby restaurant, everything you need for a memorable island getaway is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location. You are provided with two off street parking spaces for your convenience, which can accommodate your vehicles or a golf cart. Please note that parking is strictly limited to these spaces to avoid towing. For those arriving without a vehicle, the Island offers a convenient public transit system. If you find yourself needing extra parking, additional free spots are available at the intermodal bus station, the post office, or along Gulf Boulevard. The Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the closest major hub, typically requiring a forty five minute drive to reach our island retreat.



Other Things to Note:

Important information for your stay at our beach retreat. Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Please note that the primary tenant must be at least 25 years old. A digital rental agreement and a copy of your photo identification are required prior to your arrival. This unit is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. We provide two off street parking spaces and ask that you park front to back to avoid being towed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 9 am. If you are bringing pets, please notify us in advance as a fee applies and house rules must be followed. We provide a starter pack of essentials such as soap and trash bags, but these are not replenished during your stay. At check out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with dirty dishes, and take your trash to the dumpster. During March and certain holiday weeks, a mandatory security wristband fee applies per person. Please enjoy the pool from 8 am to 9 pm and refrain from smoking or hosting parties on the premises.
