"Excellent hotel. Great Gym. Breakfast was above and beyond the regular hotel breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. I dropped a star because it advertised free bikes. This is the second hotel in a row we've stayed at from hotels.com that was misleading/ inaccurate in there list of amnities. Which is frustrating."

"Place was exactly as described. Very clean and check was a breeze. Great amenities such as the hot tub and sauna. A few things could be updated such as couch and TVs. I also think having a few basic ingredients such as salt and pepper to cook with would be appreciated. Overall great value for your money."

"There's a free shuttle bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to the ski resort; it runs frequently and is very convenient. There are also bus stops nearby that go to the main commercial street, making dining and shopping very convenient. You basically don't need to drive yourself, as all the town's buses are free."

"I had booked a King room with jet tub and balcony and was placed in the furthest hall in a corner on the second floor where you have to walk forever to get to and where there were rooms with conjoined doors. It had its own seperate door for 4 hotel rooms and was excluded from the main part of the hotel. We could hear yelling from the guys next door like they were in the room with us. The room was also not cleaned well. There were rings from drinks on night stands, toothpaste on fronts of bathroom cupboards as well as hair on bathtub and pink mold in the jets and filter of the tub. My boyfriend asked the front desk to move us and they at first acted like there was nothing that could be done besides ask the neighbors to be quiet, which we didn't want done because we didn't want issues with our neighbors. They then agreed to move us to another bigger room on the third floor. As we were walking to our room the halls were full of people drinking alcohol and going from hotel door to door partying and yelling. We walked in our room and there were spills of alcohol or something sticky as soon as you enter the door. We didn't have a balcony like I had payed for nor did we have a King bed. I believe it was a full. Rooms are not very clean for being a 4 star hotel. Ive worked at hotels so the attention to detail should be better in my opinion. I told the front desk about our issues and she said they cant really do much about people making noise but they would address the housekeeping."

"The villas were perfect. Ski in ski out. A nice lobby that offered Starbucks breakfast and coffees, also other foods. The toom was in great shape, the check in process was easy and they were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Location location location and great accommodations. Easy parking and nice hot tubs and pool. Loved the spa and gift shop. Great clothing and accessories "

"Our family of 6 had an amazing, relaxing weekend here. We enjoyed having meals at the large table, we all fit on the couch to play games, and we loved the sauna! The location is close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The property was very pet friendly which was a benefit but the cleaning was not great. We found an old pair of fake eyelashes on the floor of the bathroom and under the counters in the kitchen was definitely dirty. The location is great for access to the ski resort and the free parking is nice. We felt a little uncomfortable with so many keep out signs and warnings about the neighbors which made it feel like we were not welcome there with our small dog. There were also no chairs set up outside which was disappointing to not be able to enjoy the much warmer weather for this time of year. All around it was fine but for the price point I agree that the pet friendly was really the main benefit. "
