"Owner played games with us. Did not give us notice that property was unavailable until we contacted them about checking in. Tried to put us in another property in an area we did not want to stay in. Only after we complained did the property miraculously became available again. Would not refund our money and then property Manager only gave a small window to meet us at the property. Do not rent from this owner as you will be taken as we were. In the end we had to rent another property."
