"A basic motel of the kind not see too often these days. The rooms are well cared for and very clean. The manager is friendly and very helpful. She made some great suggestions about the area which made our trip to Franconia even better."

"We stayed for 1 night as part of a New England road trip. We were met by the owner on arrival who could not have been more helpful. He suggested a number of places to eat. The room was clean and tidy and included bottles of water, soap etc. The breakfast had many choices and all were fresh. Would stay again"

"Staff was very nice. The parking was limited but doable. Lots of stairs, no elevator, but it was a very nice and pretty building. The staircase was kept tidy and clean.
