My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The only issue I had was that I paid for a food credit, which I was told was for the food court, and when I purchased from the food court, I was told that store in the food court wasn’t eligible. None of the other restaurants in the food court was open and I asked the front desk before going if it was any store in the food court. Only was informed at checkout. Felt like deception. Everything else about the resort was great. I will return in a couple weeks.
