No on site self park, expensive overnight valet and crowded portico area. Limited dining hours and not the level of food expected from this hotel category. Room had little noise insulation from neighboring rooms, especially plumbing and room had a musty smell but clean. Staff was very nice. I would not stay there again, would likely pay more for the Westin or Chateau Laurier in that area.

"On the surface everything was great, if you’re sensitive to smells I might choose something else. The hallway had a strong odor and there was smoking smell in the bathroom. A few small issues with the coffee maker, the bathroom sink, and the bed frames but nothing glaring."
