Modern and brand new, spacious rooms, well equipped (only missed the kettle in the room to make coffee), quality air condition, good service. Not on the main street, however, still a bit noisy at night. Would recommend to introduce breakfast option as part of booking.

A very nice and friendly hotel very clean and comfortable

Easy and accommodating check in. Very clean room. Lots of stairs in all directions. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Several different pools each with its own vibe. Overall enjoyed our stay and the resort was beautiful. Surrounding area quiet.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, staff all amazing. The sun loungers always had towels on them but were never in use, there should be a better system whereby staff remove the towels if the sun loungers are not in use after a certain amount of time. Food all lovely, club sandwich was the best on the lunch menu at the pool bar. Cocktails are good quality at the pool bar with buy one get one free at 2pm to 3pm for Happy hour, the mojito was the best there. Breakfast in the mornings was also...

I was unlucky that there were some people having a party in room and were very loud, had to call reception before 3am to pacify them. Otherwise its a place with a spirit, lovely decorations. Ask for upper floor if you are a lighter sleeper.

Excellent stay , not a huge fan of the restaurant rooms are great !

Nice location with close proximity to the beach. I really enjoy pool lounge. Our room was with balcony, I would recommend to have this one to enjoy sea view, bed was very comfortable and service was outstanding. This is probably one of the best price value hotel on the Patong Beach.
