"Amazing property. Brought 2 pups, the property was completely secure with a fence all the way to the water. There is a new dock where you can swim and there were some extra floats available for use as well! There are stairs to a shallower area in the lake that the dogs loved to use to get in and out. Screened in porch was wonderful but we spent just as much time on the outermost porch and the bugs were never too bad even in the summer. We really loved our stay, the host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to visiting again!"

"Our stay at Lake Haus was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space, all of the typical amenities of a normal home, plus a few more! One room had a crib, one room had an extra daybed, and another had two fold away mattresses that were such a pleasant surprise compared to a pull out couch or air mattress. All of the linens were soft and clean, the back porch area was amazing, and we had a ton of fun with the kayaks. There was also plenty of space for us to tow a boat and park it on the beach area. We used a public boat ramp nearby and had no issues at all. We would love to return!"

"This was our 6th year in a row taking a summer trip to Toledo Bend and staying at Belle Vue. The house is perfect for our group. The boat house is great so we can keep our boats in the water. The view from the back patio steals the show and is the best part. Bill is a great owner who communicates well and helps us with every need. He was even able to track down a tool we needed from a neighborhood friend. He goes above and beyond to make the stay perfect."

"This was such a cute little cabin. It was so clean and stocked with snacks, games, and all the kitchen/bathroom essentials that you need. It was not on the water, which was fine with us, because it was just a short drive to our favorite swimming holes. The host was very prompt with responding to messages and informing us of any information that we needed. We will be back!!"
