I love the staff. I stayed there for a week in a work trip. Sadly I got sick and the front desk found me a clinic I could walk in and help me navigate walking there.
So helpful and genuine...
I love my room that was actually set up like an apartment. Full kitchen.. it was refreshing not to go out for breakfast.
The area is very hip and so many restaurant and places to shop.
The ride from the airport was also convenient ... by train only 20 minutes but going back I took a taxi to minimize hassle to the airport and that was only $80 .. they called a taxi for me and he was 10 minutes early. Loved my driver.
Over all, a very nice experience
the place is under construction
but since I value
Location, staff and my room cleanliness
I will give this place is A plus.

It's a fairly new hotel and everything was clean, tidy and well maintained plus very friendly staff. The only minor complaint was that there were no real options, other than walking a few blocks, to self park ones car. The valet service was very good and fast, but it is an extra CDN$55 per day. Still recommended.

Great location. Great space. Lots of room. Very responsive online support. Could have been a bit cleaner but nothing terrible. 7th floor was under construction, so there was a bit of construction noise in the morning. Would still go back in a heartbeat.
