"Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!"
"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "
"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "
"The condo itself was pretty nice. I felt like everything doesn't get checked over after each rental exit. There was a throw blanket in livingroom that I noticed was filthy after I use it. It was fold on the side of the chair so that you couldn't see it. The kitchen area was left desiring items. The listing says that it was stocked with supplies but it was minimal. There's no way to cook a full meal in that kitchen nor would I want to with what was supplied. Cheap pans, several dirty dishes...
"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"Literally right on 30A and in a little spot with shops and ice cream and restaurants. You just have to walk like 10 minutes to get to the beach but definitely worth it! Can’t wait to come back."

"This was a wonderful house for my family’s beach trip. My husband and I brought our young children (ages 4 & 5) and it was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beach, beautiful views, and the full kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. Many thanks!"

"This is a beautiful home in Watersound. The golf cart makes life easier going to and from the beach. Everything is as you see it in the photos. A couple of small negatives, no ice maker in the home that works so prepare to buy lots of ice and the water pressure is pretty poor in MBR and some of the other bathrooms."
"Amazing vacation. This was exactly what we all needed. This home was the perfect size, clean and the location can't be beat. The owner/manager was easy to talk to and responsive. Were definitely saving this as a place to visit again. It was a great experience."

"This is a perfect spot!! So close to the ocean and very quiet. We would love to stay here again! The only surprise was that we could not use personal small beach chairs for our 6 teens/kids. The good news is the sets are very affordable so we just ended up renting more . Maybe consider offering 2 umbrellas and sets of chairs to accommodate larger parties. Other than that it was amazing!!! "
