"We loved the view from the patio - a great spot for coffee or a cocktail. The beach access is just steps away, however, you cannot set up your chairs and umbrella because the beaches to the left and right are "private." You must walk down the beach a good ways to the "public" beach to set up. It wasn't a big deal, but just know before booking. The condo was very clean and a great condo at a great price. Would book again for sure!"

"We had a great trip! The condo was was perfect for our family of 4 & the location was perfect with easy access to both the pool and beach! Ken was amazing to work with and check in was a breeze. Easy walk to 30A .. ifyou love coffee - don’t miss Beachy Bean coffee. Favorite meal was Cafe Thirty A."

"None of what I am about to say should be taken as a negative - just want to manage expectations for future guests…The location of the house is wonderful! So close to the beach that we walked down every day with no trouble at all. The private pool is great and the rooms of the house are all spacious! Very good house and it definitely met our needs!One minor thing with the house is that the couch covers are showing a bit of wear, but nothing that either a cleaning or new ones wouldn’t solve and it’s totally a minor thing.The beach is a public access beach and in the summers that means crowds. Even with revered chairs and an umbrella, we were stacked up three rows deep throughout the beach. I only mention that to say that if you want a beach that feels less crowded, you should know that it probably won’t be this one. Again - nothing to do with the house though - just want people to be aware of the beach situation. We didn’t use the golf cart much but that was mainly because I didn’t feel comfortable driving it on the highway with all the crowds. However, I was about the only person who seemed to have that issue as the area is filled with golf cart drivers backing up traffic Overall, a great place to stay and we all enjoyed the house, pool, and proximity to the beach. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!"
